2025 Bull Line up

What has two small bulls, over 140 inch horns in pedigree, and color to spare?

That would be the bulls we are using this year. Ok, maybe I took some liberty in my selection of details so lets dive into what we have.

First up we have Toy Luke Skywalker or 'Luke' is his barn name. He sired two calves last year both spotted with white base. He is a Parker brown base under all the white. Research in to his color suggest he would cross well on solid colored females to add color on the calves. His sire produced many champions as well as reserve champion at our state fair. His dam was grand champion female in 2022 at our state fair. She is under 45 inches tall with horns that are over 50 inches. She is halter broke but does not like it when she has a calf on to be lead or caught. However, she is a sucker for alfalfa cubes so we can catch her easy with a bucket. This year we have more calves coming from Luke and are excited to see what shows up. (PS on is on the ground, follow us on IG and Youtube to see it)

Next up we have Dr Seuss. We brought him from TX and have two bulls from him last year. One is spotted and the other is red and white. Dr Seuss mother has horns over 90 inches and his sire had great horns also. We went to see his dam in TX after hearing about her and liked what we saw. We ask about his sister first but they planned to keep her so we ask ab0ut the bull calf. He was only a few months old so we had to wait until weaned. He was with a herd of calves and we expect his calves to hit this spring. We crossed him on several grand champion females with good horn and can't wait to see if he adds more horn to the babies. Keep up with us on YouTube/Rumble to see our babies as we try to keep that up and current. If you need a calf be sure to sign up for emails so you hear about them first before they sell.

We also plan to utilize AI this year. We have semen from some fantastic bulls. With AI semen we are able to add genetics without the cost of another bull. From Grulla and roan to great horns and even smaller genetics. We are excited for the opportunities in our Bull line up this year.
